More Day Twenty-Nine

Just wanted to say that between working out in the morning and just now I worked out for a total of 2 hours today! That's my new record! Stay tuned as I keep working to break it!

  1. Just be careful not to overdo it... You've heard me complain about all my stupid feet issues = all due from overuse injuries. I used to run/walk/cycle for 2-3 hours back in the day or do 2-a-days... then the toe injury lasted forever! But I'm glad you're enjoying yourself - that's always important!! :D
